We all need a reason to get out of bed in the morning. We need some motivation that excite us and puts us into action. When pain is a part of your life, it can be difficult to plan ahead, or set any goals at all. This kit will help you to develop and evaluate goals based on your personal needs and abilities. We’ll look at personal boundaries as well as your talents. The kit will take you step by step in identifying, planning, reviewing your progress, and building on your successes.
